Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician in Cleveland, OH to repair surfaces such as floors, countertops, bathtubs, and cabinets with creativity and precision. You will work with a compact tool-kit and report progress in our dispatch system.

The role offers a structured pay plan, $20–$23 per hour with performance bonuses, no weekends, and opportunities for advancement through paid training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

We Offer:

• Pay range of $20 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Hiring Process
