Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Surface Repair Technician to serve tenants and property managers. You will perform small-scale repairs, apply color-matching skills, and maintain detailed notes in the dispatch system.

The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to our 5-step repair process. Training is provided; opportunities exist for growth and benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and a bonus program.

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
