Surface Experts - Cleveland Eastside is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair surfaces across floors, countertops, tubs, and cabinets. You will use your creativity to problem-solve quick repairs, typically under an hour, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

We offer an hourly pay range of $20–$23 with performance bonuses, paid holidays, time off, and opportunities for advancement; no weekends or late shifts, plus a company car and a supportive team culture dedicated to quality

Formación

• Experience using your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or similar tasks.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors to match surfaces.

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $20 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off
• Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process
