A surface repair service provider is seeking a Surface Experts Technician to engage in hands-on repairs across various surfaces. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving, possess color matching skills, and provide excellent customer service. The job offers a pay range of $20 to $25 per hour, performance-based bonuses, and no weekend work. The role includes a path to becoming a certified Surface Repair Technician with additional training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies.
• Understanding color matching and recreation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress in the dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team for questions.
• Utilize the unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ tools in the custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs creatively.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
