The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI w/ FS Poly, a bachelor’s degree, and excels in fast-paced environments with strong communication skills in English. 24/7 shifts and operational excellence are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and report status, escalating issues promptly.
• Identify fixes with feature teams for volume drivers.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLA.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits and RCA.
• Identify recovery levers with feature teams.
• Apply troubleshooting to mitigate outages.
• Update SOPs and training guides as needed.
• Assist in secure work area operations and hardware deployments.
