Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technology Instructor to design, develop, and deliver training across enterprise servers, networks, and platforms within a SAFe Agile framework. The role focuses on certification-focused programs, course materials, and performance-support content.

The ideal candidate has extensive instructional design experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple development streams in a fast-paced environment. Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field with 12 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional systems design or technical training development.
• Experience creating technical training solutions for IT, networking, or server administration environments.
• Windows Server administration knowledge (2016/2019/2022).
• Linux system administration knowledge.
• Experience delivering instructor‑led training using multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent development efforts under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Create technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training using various methods and technologies.
• Analyze engineering docs and specs to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, and labs.
• Conduct training evaluations and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, and content updates.
• Maintain WCI materials and instructional docs.
• Coordinate training development with engineering and tech writing teams.
