Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Technology Instructor to join a high-performing Agile SAFe team supporting a complex, fast-paced program.

You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain training solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform environments, including certification-focused materials and WCI. Responsibilities include content development, course maintenance, and instructional delivery to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• 12+ years of experience in technical training, instructional delivery, curriculum development, or technology-focused education.
• 5+ years of instructional systems design or training development.
• Experience creating training solutions for enterprise IT, networking, or server admin environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux system administration.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training using multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training for technical users using various instructional methods.
• Analyze documentation to identify training needs and create lesson plans, guides, and assessments.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional documentation; coordinate with engineering and program teams.
