Job summary

J&T Business Consulting is seeking a Technology Instructor in Annapolis Junction, MD, to design and deliver enterprise IT training under a TS/SCI with Polygraph program. You will build lab-based curricula, create WCI packages, and ensure content aligns with evolving system baselines.

You will lead course delivery, analyze requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain up-to-date training materials. Strong ISD and lab experience, plus Windows/Linux expertise, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering technical training for enterprise IT environments.
• Proven ability to manage course materials and deliver hands-on labs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based, hands-on training using varied instructional methods and lab environments.
• Analyze baselines and SOPs to identify gaps and craft targeted learning objectives.
• Create lesson plans, instructor guides, student manuals, job aids, labs, assessments, and WCI documentation.
• Lead pilot deliveries, validate courses, track evaluations, and manage content updates under configuration control.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, network architects, writers, and leaders to align training with production systems.
