Job summary

Leidos is seeking a strong Systems Administrator/Engineer for the Washington Navy Yard location. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining systems hardware and software in a TS/SCI environment, with close collaboration with the Information Assurance team to ensure DISA compliance.

Primary duties include fault analysis, diagnostics, patching, documentation, and coordinating system improvements across multiple projects with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior experience; additional years may substitute for degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.
• Current Security+ or CISSP certification and Server+ or equivalent.
• DoD 8570.01M IAT-II level certifications/training.
• Familiar with Windows; Linux environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware and software.
• Coordinate with IA team to ensure DISA compliance.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and enhance networked systems.
• Analyze faults, run diagnostics, and perform system tests.
• Provide documentation and support for multiple projects.
