Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Administrator/Engineer with a Top Secret clearance to support the Washington Navy Yard. You will install, configure, and maintain system hardware and software, ensuring DISA-compliant security and collaborating with the IA team to enhance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years preferred.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Current Security+ or CISSP and Server+ or equivalent OS certs.
• DoD 8570.01M IAT-II level certs/training for IA workforce compliance.
• Familiar with Windows; Linux is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer user accounts and document system configurations.
• Install, configure, and maintain system hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance networked systems.
• Troubleshoot faults, run diagnostics on OS and hardware, and resolve problems.
• Ensure DISA standards compliance in collaboration with IA team.
• Maintain system documentation and apply critical patches.
• Support multiple projects with varying schedules and leadership guidance.
