Job summary

Bcore is seeking a Senior System Administrator (College Support) in Springfield, VA to support NGA college operations. You will lead IT solutions, manage hardware/software deployments, and ensure system performance while coordinating with senior staff.

Eligible candidates must hold active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Security+ or CASP, ITIL v4 Foundations, and at least 8 years of experience in IT systems administration. This is a mission-focused role within the Mission Services division.

Qualifications

• Requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

• 8+ years of IT system administration experience.
• Security+ or CASP and ITIL v4 Foundations certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NGA College liaison for IT equipment and events.
• Develop technical solutions for software, hardware, and configurations.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for systems and software.
• Manage OS and software upgrades and deployments.
• Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance.
• Guide less experienced staff on technical work.
• Perform data backups and recovery planning.
