Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide high-quality desktop and systems support at NGA College projects in Springfield, VA. The role includes hands-on troubleshooting, software/hardware management, and coordinating IT services for end-users both on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS or equivalent, 8+ years of experience, and certifications such as Security+ or CASP, plus ITIL v4 Foundations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience.
• Security+ or CASP certification preferred.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification beneficial.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent technical support to NGA College end-users and maintain desktop systems.
• Coordinate upgrades and provide hands-on support for desktop environments.
• Serve as NGA College liaison for events involving IT equipment and support.
• Develop technical solutions for software, hardware, configurations, and architecture.
