Raytheon is seeking a resilient systems specialist to monitor and support critical 24x7 environments at our Aurora, CO site. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with poly and U.S. citizenship, plus DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification on start date.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI with poly and U.S. citizenship required.
DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification required at start date.
Experience with Linux RedHat and Windows.
Experience with virtualization/cloud technologies (Citrix, VMware, AWS).

Responsibilities

Monitor and support systems operating 24x7 and occasionally require off-hours work.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and document issues.
Support system engineering groups and implement updates per engineering requirements; upgrade COTS products.
Serve as a help desk team member in a customer-facing environment with clear communication.
100% onsite in Aurora, CO or Richardson, TX.
