Job summary
Raytheon in Aurora, Colorado is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain national security mission system infrastructure.
This hands-on role involves troubleshooting complex equipment, documenting changes, and supporting 24/7 operations with rotating 12-hour shifts. Eligibility for TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM plus 2 years of engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in maintenance, operations, or field service for complex technical systems.
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance is required prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on national security mission system infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and respond to equipment anomalies to restore operations.
- Document maintenance activities and verify hardware and software baselines.
- Support 24/7 operations, including rotating shifts and on-call assignments.
- Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
- Handle equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
