Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Specialist (TSCM) at the TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance level for the Aurora, CO area. The role requires extensive field and engineering work, site surveys, and compliance testing across government and commercial environments.

The position demands leadership for complex assessments, documenting findings, and updating technical materials. Travel up to 50% and a robust security posture are expected.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the TSCM Fundamentals Course at the Interagency Training Center (ITC).
• Must be able to carry and lift heavy pieces of equipment up to 75 pounds during travel and while evaluating SCIFs.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Experience conducting site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with ICS 705, NSSAM 1-13, and other applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced engineering work on electrical, electromechanical, and/or computer components and systems for commercial, government, military, and scientific uses.
• Inspects customer sites to ensure compliance with customer identified regulations.
• Performs tests, analyzes results, and documents findings.
• Develops research & development plans and writes technical documentation.
• Adjusts methods, design, or equipment as necessary.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies.
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
• Prepares assessments of threats and trends from intelligence data.
