Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support the SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance at Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires translating business needs into IT solutions and strong ITSM expertise, with emphasis on process improvement and stakeholder communication.

You will gather requirements, write user stories and technical specs for ServiceNow, create documentation, and contribute to testing and training materials. TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years IT experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience translating IT requirements into operational solutions.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL/Lean basics.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and propose improvements.
• Analyze systems, processes, and user needs.
• Design technical solutions for operational requirements.
• Develop policies and procedures to transition concepts to operations.
• Lead projects to modernize existing systems.
• Create documentation and training materials.
• Map ITSM processes and perform gap analyses using ITIL/Lean.
• Elicit business needs and craft user stories and specs for ServiceNow.
• Set up workflows, rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Participate in UAT and develop test cases.
