Job summary

Chenega MIOS seeks a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to support NGA initiatives. You will translate complex mission needs into scalable digital workflows, align ITIL-aligned processes, and drive service improvements across enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure data-driven solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows meet mission objectives in a secure environment. On-site Springfield, VA, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• ServiceNow experience is essential (Service+).
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops in a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead NGA EMS workshops to capture mission requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Own requirements lifecycle: FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps.
• Support integration of monitoring tools (AIOps, ScienceLogic) into ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to prioritize backlog items.
