Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or 4 years with an Associate's degree; high school with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or higher with US Citizenship.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and ability to translate requirements into operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and develop corrective actions.
• Analyze and define systems, functions, processes, and user needs.
• Design technical solutions leveraging IT capabilities and services.
• Lead policy and procedure development for transitioning concepts to operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit needs and prepare ServiceNow specs.
• Assist in setting up workflows, rules, dashboards, and reports.
• Support UAT, create test cases, and develop user training materials.
