Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Requirements Analyst at Fort Bragg, NC, to translate business needs into IT solutions, document requirements, and support applications in ITSM environments. You will work with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure systems meet operational needs and policy standards.

You will participate in UAT, develop test cases, and help create training materials while collaborating on ERP-related initiatives and process improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Broad experience translating IT requirements into effective operational solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
• Hands on experience with core ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and develop corrective actions or improvements.
• Analyze and define systems, functions, processes and user needs.
• Develop and design technical solutions to meet operational requirements.
• Lead projects to update and modernize existing systems.
• Create documentation such as policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit needs and define requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Support UAT, develop test cases, and create training materials for end users.
