SAIC seeks a Requirements Analyst at Fort Bragg, NC to support SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance. The role focuses on translating IT requirements into actionable solutions, mapping ITSM processes, and developing policies for transition to operations.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations, and must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with US citizenship.

• Active TS/SCI clearance or higher required.
• Experience translating IT requirements to operational solutions.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Translate IT requirements into actionable operational solutions.
• Analyze systems, processes and user needs.
• Design technical solutions meeting operational requirements.
• Develop policies and procedures for transition to operations.
• Lead projects to update existing systems per policy and strategy.
• Create user guides, workflows, and documentation for acceptance.
• Map ITSM processes and perform gap analyses (ITIL/Lean).
• Collaborate with stakeholders; craft user stories and specs for ServiceNow.
• Assist in setting up workflows, rules, and dashboards.
• Provide expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Knowledge.
• Lead design sessions and communicate project status to teams.
• Contribute to UAT, test cases, and end-user training materials.
