Job summary

CyberCore is seeking a Field Support Specialist Level 1 in Columbia, SC to install, repair, and troubleshoot VTC devices and systems. The role requires reading technical manuals and schematics, effective time management, and the ability to work with end-users remotely.

This position demands an Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication to coordinate with teammates and support staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum education and experience level: High school/GED and a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
• Equivalent education and experience: Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience.
• Highly skilled in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Able to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in working with end-users remotely.
• Familiar with Active Directory security and policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills to relate with team members and support workers.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
