Job summary

CyberCore is seeking a highly qualified individual to install, repair, and troubleshoot VTC devices, read schematics, and support end users remotely. The candidate must possess TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and be able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Minimum education is high school/GED with 4 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 2 years. Strong AD security knowledge and analytical skills are required. Excellent communication with team members is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience installing, repairing and troubleshooting VTC devices.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Remote end-user support experience.
• Familiar with Active Directory security and policies.
