Job summary

Appian Corporation in McLean, VA is hiring a Consultant (Technical, TS/SCI with Polygraph) to work on customer success initiatives. You will engage with clients post-sales to design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions on the Appian platform, within an agile lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with client teams, brainstorm AI use cases, and drive adoption of applications while maintaining required clearances and working in a SCIF environment.

Qualifications

• Define business processes and gather functional and technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills, passion for technology and continuous learning
• History of success on cross-functional teams; agile methodologies
• SQL skills (queries, joins, views); relational DB design
• API integrations (REST/SOAP); AWS/AI/ML familiarity
• Active Government Clearance TS:SCI required; willing to work in SCIF
• BS/BA in Engineering, CS, IS, Math or related field
• Willingness to travel; 20% or less annually to support customer engagement
• Government clearance differential; base salary range; discretionary bonus

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on Appian platform
• Define, design, develop and implement custom software and AI solutions
• Work across the full project lifecycle in agile environments
• Launch relational data models in production and develop APIs to integrate systems
• Collaborate with client tech teams and business users to drive adoption of applications
