Job summary

Appian Corporation, based in McLean, VA, seeks a Senior Consultant for its Customer Success team to develop software solutions on the Appian platform after sales. You will drive digital transformations and empower clients to leverage AI tools within an agile project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with client teams to define processes, build data models, and deliver AI-enabled solutions while traveling up to 20% as needed. Compensation includes base salary and bonus with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• Willingness to travel; 20% or less annually to support customer engagement.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for Public Sector efforts).
• Ability to work with clients to define business processes and gather functional and technical system requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and affinity for solving the right problems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform.
• Define, design, develop and implement custom software and AI solutions.
• Work within an agile environment to understand business processes and technical needs.
• Launch new relational data models and develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems.
