Job summary

Appian seeks a Technical Consultant for its Customer Success team in the Arlington/ McLean area. You will engage with clients post-sales to design, develop and implement AI-enabled software solutions on the Appian platform, aligning with client business processes and technical needs.

You will work within an Agile environment across data modeling, API integration, and cloud services, partnering with client teams to drive adoption and value realization. Travel up to 20% is required.

• Define business processes with client input and capture functional/technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on Appian.
• Design, develop and implement AI-enabled solutions using Appian platform.
• Define data models, launch relational DB changes, and build APIs.
• Collaborate with client teams and drive adoption of applications.
