Job summary
General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist in Chantilly, VA to help ensure secure, efficient IT operations for government clients. You will engage with Windows-based environments, manage hardware/software procurement, and support authentication and access for cloud systems.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3+ years of related experience, with TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
- 3+ years of related experience required.
- Experience with MS Office, Adobe products (Captivate, Connect, Skype).
- Experience with Windows desktop, hardware, software and web tech.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support ensuring smooth IT operations.
- Manage access and identity for systems and cloud applications.
- Explain rules and procedures clearly, orally and in writing.
- Coordinate hardware/software procurement and licensing processes.
- Validate requirements for standalone tablets, maintain security plans.
