Job summary

General Dynamics - IT in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Program Director to lead a team delivering development and O&M support for a portfolio of business applications critical to mission objectives.

You will oversee resource planning, schedule and performance, interfacing with senior customer and contractor stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and alignment with strategic goals on a complex government contract. Must have TS SCI with Polygraph and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent education.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Familiar with standard project management approaches and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program with annual revenues of $25M+ and ensure contract performance.
• Coordinate with senior customer and contractor teams on resource planning and execution.
• Act as the single point of contact for project status, scheduling, performance and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain a programmatic plan to support 20+ new functions/applications.
