Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a PC Technician to monitor and support the end-user computing environment, ensuring smooth operations of desktops, laptops and peripherals. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, and perform IMACs in a multi-protocol environment, logging and resolving VIP issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years experience in Systems Administration or PC Support.
• Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification.
• TS/SCI clearance required; minimum of TS at hire.

Responsibilities

• Interface with support groups to install services; apply basic PC/LAN knowledge.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals.
• Install and configure application and OS software and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Remove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines.
• Diagnose, log and fix VIP customer issues on a full range of applications.
