Job summary

Goldbelt Hawk, LLC seeks a PC Technician/Help Desk professional to support end users at Hunter AAF, Savannah. You will troubleshoot hardware/software and manage IMAC tasks in secure networks.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, experience with Windows OS, O365, AD, and basic VDI/enterprise tools such as SCCM and InTune. We offer a competitive benefits package and salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a PC Technician or Help Desk.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with Windows OS and O365.
• Experience with AD, Exchange DLs, and file shares.

Responsibilities

• Supports end users and missions at Hunter AAF and directs ticket resolution.
• Manages day-to-day End User Devices and remote access support.
• Oversees junior technicians and provides status updates on initiatives.
• Performs troubleshooting and resolves issues across hardware/software.
• Conducts IMAC/re-installation tasks and data migrations as needed.
• Coordinates with Enterprise CSD, Helpdesk, and engineering teams.
