Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a PC Technician to monitor and respond to requests to ensure smooth operations of computer systems and peripherals for end-users at Fort Liberty, NC. The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of related work, Security+CE, and TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining desktops/laptops and peripherals, software upgrades, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, data migrations, and handling VIP customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience as a PC Technician, Systems Administrator or Help Desk Analyst.
• Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification.
• TS/SCI clearance required; minimum of TS at hire.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
• Install, and configure application and operating system software and upgrades
• Troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network connectivity issues
• Remove old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
• Diagnose, log and fix VIP customer issues on a full range of applications used on customer site

THE OPPORTUNITY

The PC Technician monitors and responds to requests to ensure the smooth operations of computer systems and peripherals for end-users.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Interface with various support service groups to ensure proper Installation of services. Apply basic knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment. PC Technicians log, validate and perform IMACs on the full range of products.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
• Install, and configure application and operating system software and upgrades
• Troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network connectivity issues
• Remove old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
• Diagnose, log and fix VIP customer issues on a full range of applications used on customer site

SKILLS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• You will have 3-5 years' experience as a PC Technician, Systems Administrator or Help Desk Analyst
• Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification
• TS/SCI clearance required; minimum of TS at hire

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position does not require travel

COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT INFORMATION

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position and is not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, contract requirements, and business needs.

Iron Bow Technologies reserves the right to fill this role at a different level, depending on qualifications and organizational priorities. This range represents only one component of Iron Bows total compensation package. An overview of our benefits is available on our careers page.
