Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC seeks a TS/SCI-cleared All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DIA-NMEC DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on user implementation and tradecraft for discovery across classified data sets.

The successful candidate will train end users, develop discovery tradecraft, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data retrieval and intelligence products.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six years of experience in all-source intelligence; three extra years may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Become a DTP application power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through outreach and engagement.
• Enable IC users to discover, retrieve, and use data to support analyses and operations.
• Build relationships to enable adoption of new technologies and tradecraft.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of DTP applications and data.
• Create training and familiarization materials for users.
• Document and communicate user requirements to development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, integrators, system engineers, and testers.
