Capstone Technology Partners seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on security architecture, RMF accreditation, and ICAM projects to support system authorization and ongoing compliance.

The ISSO will shepherd SSPs, ATOs, and continuous monitoring, coordinating with ISSM/DAOs and developers. A TS/SCI with MD polygraph clearance is required, along with related certifications and a technical degree.

Competenze

• TS/SCI with MD polygraph clearance is required.
• Ten years of relevant work experience; four years may substitute for a degree.
• Must have IAM Level 1 CWIP or one of the listed baseline certifications.
• Experience with RMF and SSP development, ATO processes and C&A tasks.

Mansioni

• Lead security architecture and systems engineering for ICAM projects.
• Prepare SSPs and advise on achieving ATOs and RMF accreditation.
• Coordinate with ISSM/DAOs to maintain accreditation across systems.
• Review and ensure proper documentation in RMF artifacts and scans.
• Oversee software patches and enforce information security policies.
