Ctrl+ is seeking a seasoned information security leader to strengthen the security posture of classified systems. This on-site role in Annapolis Junction requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and in-person work within commuting distance.

Responsibilities include daily security operations, risk assessments, SSP development, and guidance on policies. You will work within DoD IC programs, applying DoD 8140.03 IAM controls and protecting systems across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security or a related discipline (an additional 4 years may substitute for a degree, case by case).
• 10+ years as an ISSO or in related security roles supporting IC or DoD programs
• Customer security tools, repositories and playbooks
• Applicable security frameworks, regulations and policies
• Server and IA technologies, internetworking protocols and services
• DoD 8140.03 compliance with IAM Level II or higher (CASP+, CISSP or higher)

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily security operations for information systems
• Evaluate security solutions and conduct vulnerability and risk assessments
• Manage security configuration and assess the impact of system changes
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans and security documentation
• Advise on security policies and countermeasures
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive improvements
