Job summary

Capstone Technology Partners seeks an experienced Systems Engineer DevOps Support (SE1) to support security and accreditation activities in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on implementing RMF processes, maintaining SSPs, and guiding engineers on secure deployments.

The ISSO will coordinate with ISSM, DAOs, and developers to ensure accreditation, monitor posture, and oversee patch implementation while enforcing information systems security policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant work experience; four years may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• IAM Level 1 CWIP certification or equivalent baseline certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare system security plan (SSP) and assist in obtaining ATO.
• Review RMF artifacts such as system architecture, data flows, risk assessment reports, and POA&Ms.
• Work with ISSM and DAOs to ensure system accreditation and maintenance.
