Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks an Enterprise - Information System Security Officer to support XACTA, SSP, and POAM for sensitive programs in Annapolis Junction, MD. A current TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Candidates should bring a decade of ISSO experience and strong RMF/A&A expertise to maintain robust security posture.

The role involves evaluating security solutions, preparing SSPs and risk documents, and collaborating with IA managers to ensure compliance with DoD RMF and NSA/CSS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ten years ISSO experience on similar programs.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4 additional ISSO years may substitute.
• Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security support and enforce info security policies.
• Manage day-to-day security operations and assess security requirements.
• Prepare SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, SRTMs.
• Support security authorization in RMF/NISCAP processes.
• Evaluate security solutions for classified processing.
