Bcore is seeking a Systems Administrator (Desktop Support) in Springfield, VA to deliver superior end-user support and maintain desktop systems for on-site and remote users. You will resolve complex hardware/software issues, coordinate upgrades, and ensure system reliability across the NGA mission.

The role requires Active TS clearance eligibility, ITIL Foundations, and Security+ or CASP certification. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires TS clearance eligibility and Security+ or CASP and ITIL v4 Foundations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in desktop support and IT administration is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent technical support to end-users and maintain desktop systems.
• Coordinate upgrades and offer hands-on support for desktop environments.
• Install and upgrade software and operating systems, and monitor performance.
