D2 Consulting is seeking a Systems Administrator (Desktop Support) to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA. The role emphasizes providing excellent technical support to end-users, maintaining desktop systems, and ensuring reliable operation of computer systems for on-site and remote users.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of experience, and certifications such as Security+ or CASP and ITIL v4 Foundations; familiarity with Windows 10/11, Citrix, SMS, SCCM, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in systems administration or desktop support.
Security+ or CASP, ITIL v4 Foundations.
Experience with Windows 7/10/11, Citrix, SMS, SCCM.
Strong troubleshooting and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent technical support to end-users and maintain desktop systems.
Coordinate upgrades and provide hands-on support for desktop environments.
Lead and document complex hardware/software audits and configurations.
Configure and maintain networked computer systems and peripherals.
Assist in planning long-term system strategies and improvements.
