Qualifications

• 2+ years configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 11 Desktops.
• Ability to support a 24x7x365 work schedule and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange administration and information security tasks.
• Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support and on-site hardware maintenance.
• Install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on laptops, desktops, and Zero Clients.
• Deliver enterprise IT support across DoW networks and enclaves.
