Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Systems Administrator to maintain and support desktop, server, voice and network hardware on customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, and configure information systems and coordinate incident resolution with customers to ensure service continuity.

The role requires DoD IA Certification (Security+ CE minimum) and US Citizenship, TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• CompTIA Security+ CE is the minimum certification.
• Experience with desktop PCs, servers, VoIP phones, video conferencing, and cabling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computers, voice, video, network, and server hardware.
• Install, upgrade, repair, and support baseline equipment and devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system service failures to meet resolution timelines.
• Communicate incident status and resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Update CMDB, documentation, and knowledge articles.
