DCCA is seeking an IT/Desktop Services Specialist to provide multi-tier desktop support for Windows and Linux environments. The role covers imaging, deployment, updates, and security controls across enterprise endpoints.

You will work with Windows, Linux, and cloud teams to ensure reliable IT operations. Ideal candidates will have enterprise experience, TS/SCI clearance, and strong knowledge of AD, VPNs, and 365.

Qualifications

Enterprise desktop support experience.
Requires active TS/SCI clearance.
Experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments in corporate settings.
Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, VPNs, and network services.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier I–III technical support for Windows and Linux desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot OS, Microsoft 365, browsers, VPN, and enterprise software issues.
Image, deploy, and upgrade Windows and Linux endpoints; patch management and maintenance.
Configure Active Directory and Linux authentication, user accounts, and access controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
