Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM Joint Planning activities and national mission objectives on an on-site contract. You will engage in planning, staff OPORDs and cyber capabilities integration to enable mission success.

Qualifications include active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, relevant STEM/National Security degrees, and 4+ years of CO planning experience. Master level education and DoD/IC training are favorable assets.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• BA/BS degree within STEM field, National Security Studies, or related field, or ability to complete degree within one year of hire.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; waivers possible for Combat Mission Team or JFHQ-C roles; OR 4 years in offensive cyberspace capabilities development.
• Familiarity with military operations including phases of planning, approval, and execution.
• Intimate familiarity with JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and CO infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CO planning and CO support needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing within CO per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups/Teams and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support, courses of action, coordinate and document comprehensive plans.
• Provide situational awareness to range of projects and Crisis Action Teams.
• Develop and review CO plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cyber threats and incident response planning.
• Communicate complex information clearly in written, verbal, and visual forms.
