Job summary

Leidos is seeking qualified professionals for CYBEROP planning to support USCYBERCOM JOINT planning. This on-site opportunity requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph, a BA/BS in a relevant field, and 4+ years as a CO Planner with DoD/IC experience.

You will develop OCO plans, draft orders, synchronize cyber operations, and coordinate with Joint staff to meet national objectives. Strong communication and collaboration are essential in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph at application.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 4+ years as CO Planner; Combat Mission Team experience may waive 2 years per year.
• Familiar with OCO concepts, Joint publications and planning phases.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved Cyberspace Operations planning per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans.
• Support targeting, validation, and integration during cyber operations.
• Draft Operational Plans, OPORDs, and FRAGOs for staff.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate cyberelements.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action for cyber campaigns.
• Provide situational awareness to OPS teams and current operations.
• Communicate complex information clearly in writing and briefings.
