Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM planning processes. This on-site contract work in the Odenton, MD area involves developing and integrating CO plans with Joint Planning Groups, OPORDs, and CO guidance.

Requirements include an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph, a STEM BA/BS or equivalent, 4+ years CO planning experience, and familiarity with JP 5-0.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• BA/BS degree in STEM field or related area or ability to complete within one year of hire.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; waivers possible for combat mission or offensive cyberspace roles.
• Familiarity with military operations and JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
• Formal cyber operational planning training within DoD or IC.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing within CO planning guidance.
• Support targeting, synchronization, and integration of cyber capabilities into plans.
• Draft and staff OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Develop CO concepts of support and action, coordinate with partners.
• Provide situational awareness across projects and current operations.
