Job summary

Leidos is seeking highly qualified Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES. This on-site role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph, a BS in CS/cybersecurity, and 4+ years of CO planning experience since 2018.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility and Polygraph at time of application.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience since 2018 (can waive two years for each year on a Combat Mission Team).
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, Title 10 vs Title 50, and planning phases.
• Intimate familiarity with Joint Publications.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and\ndemonstrate understanding of cyber infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CO range and intelligence support needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing within a collaborative environment to enable CO planning guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans to deliver cyber effects against adversary systems.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during execution of cyber activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, Orders, and Fragmentary Orders.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and coordinate external capabilities.
• Provide situational awareness to projects and current operations activities supporting OPTs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cyber threats and attack methods from state and non-state actors.
• Review, approve, prioritize and submit operational requirements for cyber capabilities.
• Analyze internal and external CO capabilities and tools.
• Transition planning efforts to current operations.
• Navigate organizational structure for full spectrum CO and interagency coordination.
• Integrate intelligence planning with operational timelines.
• Conduct long-range strategic planning with internal and external partners in cyber.
• Communicate complex information clearly in verbal, written, and visual form.
