Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to join a Secure Operations Center (SOC) team in Reston, VA. The role provides 24x7x365 support for Azure core and Office365 platforms in a classified environment. Onsite requirements include TS/SCI with FSP clearance and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include deployment monitoring, script execution, outage restoration, and audit-ready documentation while collaborating with feature teams to drive fixes and improvements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance.
• 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• 1 year system administration support (Windows/Linux).
• Experience working with Powershell.
• Azure experience.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift schedule.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flows and escalate operational issues to deployment teams.
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision.
• Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within published SLAs.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers.
• Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues.
• Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed.
• Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting.
• Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
• Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting.
