Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to join a leading government contractor supporting mission-critical programs in the Intelligence Community.

The role focuses on administering secure cloud infrastructure in AWS GovCloud and C2S, automating deployments, and delivering reliable, scalable platforms for sensitive workloads. This onsite position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and a strong background in Linux, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 4–15+ years in cloud, DevOps, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS GovCloud and/or C2S experience.
• Strong CI/CD and automation experience.
• Enterprise Linux administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure in AWS GovCloud and C2S.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Maintain Linux OS, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network engineering, and development teams.
