Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA and other locations. The role requires TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance, is based on an on-call schedule, and involves Tier I-III cloud support with MS technologies.

Responsibilities include ticket handling, troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and user support.

Qualifications

Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance (MPO).
Willingness to work one shift; no dual employment.
Cloud certifications such as AZ-900 or similar are highly preferred.
Willingness to shift work as 24/7 support is essential.
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related professional experience.
Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems (AD, JIRA, ServiceNow, NetMon, Windbg).
Basic scripting in Java, Python, Linux, PowerShell, JavaScript; Azure favored.

Responsibilities

Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using customer tools.
Document all findings from tickets and incidents.
Automate and troubleshoot tasks using various scripting languages and services.
Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier I-III level in cloud environments.
