Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program across Reston, VA and Redmond, WA. The role involves handling Tier I-III tickets in MS cloud environments and requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Shift work is required in a 24x7 operational setting, with compensation ranging from $100,000 to $135,000+ depending on experience; full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance (MPO).
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems (AD, JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Basic scripting in Java, Python, Linux, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Willingness to shift work for 24/7 coverage.
• Certification: IAT II, AZ-900 or similar cloud cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming tickets via Remedy, ServiceNow or other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using customer tools.
• Document findings from tickets and incidents.
• Automate and troubleshoot tasks using scripting languages.
• Provide end-user support at Tier I-III in cloud environments.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in the following locations; Reston, VA, Redmond, WA. The team is seeking IT support specialists who are experienced with Microsoft cloud environments to support an on-going classified program.

Clearance

Top secret/SCI Full Scope Polygraph required (MPO or VA Customer)

Location

Reston, VA, Redmond, WA, Elkridge, MD

Schedule

Shift work – 24x7 operational environment

Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Administrator

• Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools
• Document all findings from tickets and incidents
• Automate and troubleshoot tasks using various scripting languages and services
• Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier I-III level in cloud based environments

Qualifications of the Cloud Support Administrator

• Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance (MPO)
• Must be willing to work one shift, no dual employment
• Certifications: IAT II, AZ900 or similar cloud certification (highly preferred)
• Willingness to shift work, as 24/7 support is essential
• Excellent customer service skills and focus.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related professional experience
• Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems; Active Directory, JIRA, ServiceNow, Netmom, Windbg
• Basic scripting using Java, Python, Linux, Powershell, JavaScript in cloud based environments (preferably Azure)

Compensation of the Cloud Support Administrator

• Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000+ **based on years of experience**
