Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify end-user devices and peripherals.
• Provide maintenance and technical support on end-user systems and subsystems.
• Install and configure software at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on end-user equipment.
• Deliver responsive technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
