Job summary

BCore’s VTC Technician role in St. Louis supports NGA mission with active TS clearance eligibility for CI Poly. You will manage live VTC sessions, install and upgrade hardware, and coordinate events across campus and remote sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in A/V operations or VTC admin, experience with TMS/CMS/VNC, and hands-on with AMX/Extron/Crestron. Bcore offers health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and other security-conscious incentives.

Qualifications

• Clearance Required: Active TS clearance (with SCI Eligibility) and eligibility to obtain CI Poly Certification.
• Education/Experience: Requires Associate's degree (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of progressive experience in A/V operations, IT support, or VTC administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live sessions and hardware to preempt issues.
• Provide Tier I-III remote and in-person VTC support.
• Leverage Service Plus to track problems and trends.
• Schedule and manage NGA conference room VTCs across networks.
• Install hardware, apply firmware upgrades, and modify setups.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides for staff.
